d) a listing on the homepage of Surrey FSBO as the Featured Home for 30 days. Your ad will enter the
rotation of featured homes giving you maximum possible exposure. Featured homes sell 72% faster then
non-featured homes. With this plan you'll also receive our professional Yard Sign Package absolutely
FREE of charge.
6.The Deluxe Package: Price is a one-time flat rate of $699.00, which keeps your property on Surrey
FSBO until it sells or for six months! This option gives you the benefits and cost savings inherent in the

package exposes your home to an estimated 10,000 people per month and thousands of local realtors.

Once you have completed the form you will be able to preview your ad and make changes before publishing.
